Automotive, portraits, and everything in between…

About Me

Florida native and self-taught photographer who primarily focuses on portraits, events, and automotive photography. Obligatory sunset seeker and certified night owl. When I am not in scrubs, you can find me cruising around in my car, hanging out with friends and family, jamming to music, or simply sleeping on the couch with my dog, Kit.

My Story

I was gifted my first camera — a Kodak EasyShare DX6440. From hangouts with friends to random, inanimate objects, I documented it all in glorious four-megapixel images. Wherever I went, so did my camera.

That was more than 20 years ago.

As I got older, the world around me grew bigger and my interests expanded. I became an automotive enthusiast, which stemmed from playing video games such as Burnout™ and Need for Speed™. It was around the same time that I started attending “cars and coffee” events and even bought my first car — a 2011 Nissan 370Z NISMO. I also started my own photography brand “Third Axis Photography,” and even won my first “Picture of the Month” award by the renowned luxury lifestyle brand, DuPont REGISTRY™.

As time went on, not only did my gear change, but so did my style of photography. Every press of the shutter button had a purpose. Each photo taken — a story to tell. An emotion to elicit. That was the goal.

I then started to branch out and focus on both portraits and events, which — needless to say — opened more doors for me as a budding photographer. As a result, I was fortunate enough to shoot some big named artists such as Dutch DJ Afrojack and even Canadian punk rock band Simple Plan.

Who would have thought? What began as a simple, childhood passion had evolved into something much, much more.

Driven by passion…

My first winning photo — taken at the April 2012 Cars and Coffee — that I had submitted to DuPont REGISTRY. They even displayed it at their headquarters for some time before giving me the printed photo.

Throughout the years, DuPont REGISTRY would go on to select a few more of my photos, which included: a Liberty Walk Nissan GT-R, Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, and Ferrari Enzo.
